Terms of Service: Website Package

Starter build ($997, one time). A custom website on our conversion framework, using your brand, photos, and copy. Up to 5 pages (Home, Services, About, Reviews, Contact/Book). Mobile-first and built to be found on Google. A booking or contact flow wired to your email and phone. Two revision rounds. Live within 7 days of receiving your content.

Growth build ($1,997, one time). Everything in Starter, plus up to 10 pages, copy written by us from your questionnaire answers, Google Business Profile set up and linked to your site, and three revision rounds.

Hosting & Care (Starter $150 per month, Growth $250 per month). Hosting, SSL, security, backups, and uptime monitoring. Routine content edits (hours, prices, staff, photos, text) done for you within 2 business days on Starter and 1 business day on Growth. Routine edits are fair-use: up to 4 requests or 1 hour of work per month; beyond that we quote at $75/hour. A monthly summary of visits, clicks to call, and form fills. A real human when something breaks. Growth also includes a quarterly refresh: one consolidated update per quarter of photos, offers, and seasonal content.

Not included. Online stores and e-commerce, custom software, paid advertising, ongoing SEO campaigns, copywriting beyond your supplied content, photography, and anything not listed above. We'll quote those separately if you want them.

The build fee for your tier ($997 Starter or $1,997 Growth) is charged at checkout. The monthly Hosting & Care fee for your tier ($150 or $250) is charged at checkout and then every month on the same date. Card or ACH through our payment processor. Prices exclude any sales tax that applies. If a payment fails, we'll retry and notify you; if it stays unpaid for 14 days, we can pause the site until it's settled.

Hosting & Care has a 12-month initial term starting on your checkout date. After that it runs month-to-month. Either of us can cancel after the initial term with 30 days' written notice (email is fine). Payments already made are not refunded. If you cancel before the initial term ends, the remaining months of the term are still due.

Routine edits are subject to the fair-use limit in Section 1: up to 4 requests or 1 hour of work per month. Work beyond that limit is quoted at $75 per hour before it begins.

The build fee is refundable in full if you cancel before your intake call and before work begins. Once work begins, including after the intake call, the one-time build fee is not refundable. Hosting & Care fees are not refundable once charged.

The 7-day clock starts when we've received your content: logo, photos, service list, business details, and anything else we ask for on the intake call. If content arrives late, the launch date moves with it. If we haven't received your content within 60 days of checkout, we may close the project and treat the build fee as earned.

You're responsible for having the rights to everything you give us (photos, logos, text, reviews). You confirm none of it infringes anyone else's rights or breaks the law.

Two rounds of revisions are included on Starter, three on Growth. A round is one consolidated list of changes. Further rounds before launch are billed at $75 per round. After launch, routine edits are covered under Hosting & Care; a redesign or new pages are quoted separately.

You own your domain, your content, your photos, and your customer data. Always. Domains are registered in your name; if we register one for you, we transfer it to you on request.

We own the underlying framework, templates, code, and tooling we use to build and host your site. You get a license to use them as part of your site for as long as you're a customer.

If you leave, we export your content (text, images, and any form or booking data we hold) free of charge in a standard format within 14 days of your request. The site itself runs on our platform and doesn't transfer, but nothing stops you from rebuilding it anywhere you like.

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance (which we'll announce ahead of time) and outages caused by third parties (registrars, DNS, upstream providers). If we miss 99.9% in a month because of something within our control, you can ask for a credit of that month's hosting fee. That's the only remedy for downtime.

Timely content and answers. A working email and phone for your booking or contact flow. Accurate business information. Acceptable use: no illegal content, spam, malware, or anything that puts our platform or other customers at risk. We can take a site offline if it breaks this rule and we'll tell you why.

Where the site includes reviews, they must be real reviews from real customers. We don't write or invent testimonials, and we can't guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. We build to a proven framework; results depend on your market and your business.

We're responsible for delivering what's described here. We're not responsible for lost profits, lost data you didn't give us to back up, or indirect damages. Our total liability to you for anything related to the Website Package is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We can update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. If a change materially reduces what you get, you can cancel within that notice period without the remaining-term charge in Section 3.

These terms are governed by Connecticut law. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Hartford County, Connecticut. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. This document plus your checkout receipt is the whole agreement for the Website Package; it doesn't change any separate agreement you have with us for marketing services.
